Before You Begin Application
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information
that identifies each person and/or entity who opens an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth (for individuals) and other information that will allow us to
identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
By choosing a user name and password, you may exit the application before it is completed and return to it later at your convenience. Additionally, once your application has been submitted, you may check the status of your loan request.
NOTE: You will need to remember your password. This system does not allow for password retrieval. In the event that you lose your password, you will need to begin a new application.
